This website is operated by Hollywood Interiors (formerly Hollywood Lighting & Decor). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hollywood Interiors. Hollywood Interiors offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

All references to $ and dollars on this website are to Australian currency. Prices are indicative of the current store price in the store closest to the postcode you have provided. Prices available in Australia only. For in store purchases, check pricing with your nearest store prior to purchase.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Due to popularity or interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. As our stores vary in size, it is possible that not all items are displayed in all stores. Please call your Nearest Hollywood Interiors or Hollywood Lighting store before attending to enquire whether they have the items on display or available. Some items may require self-assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.
SECTION 6 - ADVICE & TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Any advice, recommendation, information, technical information, specification, drawing, description, illustration, dimensions, assistance or service provided by Hollywood Interiors and Hollywood Lighting & Decor in relation to any products is given in good faith and is believed by us to be appropriate and reliable at that point in time. However, any such advice, recommendation, information, technical information, specification, drawing, description, illustration, dimensions, assistance or service provided by us in relation to any products or services are approximations only.
SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via your e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Where your personal details is collected, it will be conducted directly, with your consent, whether that may be in person, by telephone, email or via our website. If you choose not to provide your personal details to us, it may limit our ability to provide you with the service you require.
We may collect the following types of personal information to provide services to you: name, address, emails, contact number, age, gender, purchase history, hobbies/interests and occupation. We may use these details for (but not limited to) delivery of goods, purchase orders, issuing quotes, support of your purchase, making list and careers.
Our website incorporates analytic systems to help enhance customer usability and help improve customer experience. We may track mouse click, mouse movements and scrolling activity. We may record keystroke information that you voluntarily enter on this website. We do not track this activity on any websites that does not use our analytics system. Hollywood Interiors can only collect and use personal information for the purpose that was provided to us or as permitted or required by law. By providing your personal details to us, you consent to the use of this information by us for the purpose of our business operations and providing you with superior goods and services. This may include using the details to advise you of new products and services by sending you marketing materials and special offers and inviting you to events. We may disclose certain aspects of your details, if appropriate, to our related contractors or service providers for the purpose of facilitating the operation of our website or our business.
In the event that you should require us to provide you with access to any of your personal details that we may possess, we may, subject to our discretion, refuse to grant access if we deem it to result in a potential breach of confidentiality, as set out by the government law bodies.
Hollywood Interiors can make necessary changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time for any reason. We will publish those changes on this page. It is the consumer's responsibility to comply with any changes made to the Privacy Policy and your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our website or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product photos, descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website that is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the product or service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
All photographs of products are provided as a guide only. The colour of products may appear differently to the actual colour, due to the resolution of individual monitors, computers, devices, or lighting variations. We have colour corrected and calibrated as close to the actual product as equipment allows.
We highly suggest that you come into one of our stores to see the product in real life prior to purchasing online. Alternatively, please contact one of our stores to obtain an actual image of the product you're interested in purchasing. Our friendly staff would be more than happy to assist you with that request.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Hollywood Interiors, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Furthermore, if a liability was found to be contributed by Hollywood Interiors' part, any loss or consequential or incidental damages arising in any way, our liability shall not exceed $100. In the situation whereby some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SECTION 13 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Hollywood Interiors and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 14 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 16 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 18 - PAYMENT TERMS
All items must be paid for in full 24 hours prior to delivery/pick up. Delivery will only be booked once full payment had been received by us.
Accepted methods of payment includes EFTPOS, Cash, Visa and MasterCard. Credit card surcharges may apply. Full payment on credit cards will not be accepted over the phone.
All cheques need to be cleared prior to pick up or delivery of goods (2 working days for bank cheque and 3 working days for all other cheques).
Payment via internet transfer (EFTPOS) requires a minimum of two working days before goods can be shipped, delivered or picked up at our stores.
SECTION 19 - ORDER & PURCHASE POLICY
Hollywood Interiors support and act in accordance with the laws governed in the Competition and Consumer Act (2020) or any relevant State Act or Territory.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and includes GST. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and major lending agencies such as Humm, Zip and Afterpay for our online store as well as our physical stores. All sale prices are shown alongside the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for your reference. Prices are subject to change and Hollywood Interiors reserves the right to amend prices without notifications. Full payment of purchase must be made prior to delivery.
- Orders cannot be exchanged or cancelled once made. Cancellation will incur a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee of the total purchase order. There will be no cash refund for incomplete orders. Initial deposit for a standard order needs to be at least twenty percent (20%).
- Special orders or custom orders requires a minimum of thirty percent (30%) deposit. Special orders cannot be cancelled or altered once the order is placed and a termination fee of thirty 30% of the total purchase value is applicable.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges may be accepted for goods of the same retail value only at our discretion, provided that the original product has not been unpackaged. All goods remain the property of Hollywood Interiors and Hollywood Lighting & Decor until payment is made in full.
- For orders, once goods are available for delivery or pick up, the customer has 14 days to have the goods delivered or picked up. A storage fee of 3% per month of the invoice total value will be charged where goods are not picked up or delivered after 14 days
- Prices for products change from time to time and we are not obliged to provide any notice of these changes. Subject to these terms and conditions, once we have accepted your order, we will not amend any prices that apply to the products in that order.
- A product in that order is discontinued and not on order;
- There is an error in price, or the description of the product posted on the site;
- The order triggers fraud prevention protocols; or
- We believe that to do so is otherwise necessary or expedient.
All purchase orders must be finalised and paid in full prior to confirmation of delivery or collection.
It is the customer's responsibility to check all item(s) prior to collection from warehouse/store/external courier and by signing our document, you have declared all items have been checked and collected in good condition.
On the rare occasion if you find faults with your product, missing parts or you received incorrect products, please notify us by emailing sales@hollywoodinteriors.com.au. Such instances must be reported within 7 days of collection or delivery and will be assessed under warranty. Please remember to attach images and provide any information possible in order to assist us in helping you. You will then be given the options to organise a replacement, exchange for another product, have a credit note issued or receive a refund (subject to our warranty clauses (section 24) and our refund and cancellation policy (section 22).
Hollywood Interiors does not guarantee that an item will be replaced if the claim is seen as unreasonable or outside the Variation Understanding*.
*Variation Understanding: Hollywood Interiors have products that contain natural characteristics and are often produced with raw or unrefined finishes. Because of this element, our team assess the product(s) on this basis. Consequently, if an item has only a minor variation from the displayed models in relation to colour, shade, pattern, texture or feel, then the item is considered to be reflective of the display models.
Orders will be shipped and delivered within 1-3 weeks of becoming available. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) of product(s) is an approximation only and is subject to change. We do try our utmost best to communicate possible changes when the information becomes available to us.
Generally, orders takes approximately 10-16 weeks to arrive to our port. However, from time to time there may be delays from shipping due to unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control. Hollywood Interiors shall not be liable for any delays or consequential or incidental costs or damages resulting from delays in delivery arising from any cause beyond our control. Furthermore, Hollywood Interiors is not obliged to give refunds, if we can still supply your order within a reasonable time frame.
SECTION 20 - LAY-BY TERMS
Lay-bys are not exchangeable. Cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee on the full purchase price. There will be no cash refund for incomplete lay-bys . Initial deposit for all lay-bys needs to be 20%. Payments are required to be made at least once a month. Lay-bys must be finalised on or before due date, or it will, following written notification, be cancelled and goods will be returned to stock. Full payment is required before any items can be picked up, posted or delivered. All goods shall remain the property of Hollywood Interiors and Hollywood Lighting & Decor until payment is made in full.
SECTION 21 - DELIVERY (Western Australia)
It is important that someone is home to receive delivery of your purchase on the designated day. No specific time of delivery can be provided. A four hour time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.
Sufficient access needs to be available to deliver the furniture you have purchased. In cases where the furniture needs to be disassembled, additional charges will apply. Furniture that need to be disassembled and reassembled will incur a minimum cost of $150.00 plus any additional redelivery fees if the items delivered needs to be returned to Hollywood Interiors Distribution centre. To avoid re-delivery fees please advise our staff in advance of any access problems.
Delivery service is to ground level only. Additional cost may apply in circumstances where normal site access is not available such as deliveries involving stairs, and other dwellings not on ground level.
If delivery personnel determine the goods cannot be safely delivered to into customer’s house, the goods will be left outside. It is customer’s responsibility to ensure goods purchased can fit into their house.
There will be a minimum re-delivery charge of $120.00 if no person is at the delivery address at the time of delivery or the delivery is cancelled by the customer on the date of delivery.
For any new orders, once goods are available for delivery or pick up, the customer has 14 days to have the goods delivered or picked up. A storage fee of 3% per month of the invoice total value will be charged where goods are not picked up or delivered after 14 days.
When receiving goods, please inspect thoroughly before signing "Received in good order" as any claims for scratches, marks, dents or other damages will not be accepted once signed.
All original packaging and wrapping will be left at the premises (delivery address). It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of all packaging material.
SECTION 22 - REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
We will not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Cancellations of orders and lay-bys are not permitted under normal circumstances. However, subject to our discretion, a store credit may be issued equal to the deposit value (less any administration, restocking or delivery costs) and valid for 6 months from date of issue. Refunds and exchanges can only be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items due to change of mind. We will meet our obligations under The Australian Consumer law if a product is faulty or damaged.
SECTION 23 - PROMOTIONAL CODES AND SPECIAL OFFERS
All promotional offers are subject to Hollywood Interiors' General Terms and Conditions, Delivery and Returns. All promotional codes and special offers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase gift cards, cannot be redeemed against prior purchases, and are non-transferable.
Promotional codes and special offers do not apply to pre-order items unless otherwise stated. All start/end times published are as at the applicable local time for Perth, WA, Australia.
Items on sale or under promotion are subject to change at Hollywood Interior's sole discretion. If more than one special offer is applicable to your basket or purchase list, then the lower amount will be applied. Only one promotional code or special offer can be applied per transaction.
Minimum order value must be met in a single online transaction to be applicable. Shipping and purchase protection charges are not included in the minimum order value (where applicable) required to receive a promotional discount.
Promotional codes and special offers may be redeemed multiple times during the promotional period provided the promotional criteria is met in every transaction unless otherwise stated.
All promotional offers may be withdrawn or extended at any times during the promotional period at the sole discretion of Hollywood Interiors.
Hollywood Interiors reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where promotional offer had been claimed by a non-qualifying customer or member.
SECTION 24 - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranties do not cover or extend to any of the following cases:Change of address - Due to a number of factors, your warranty from us is only covered for the address your goods were delivered to.-
- Neglect or misuse - All items of furniture and lighting, some more than others, require proper care and maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, regular cleaning and proper use. Damage caused to your furniture or lighting product as a result of lack of care or misuse, treatment, transportation, or storage of the product or otherwise caused by customer's direct actions or oversight will void the warranty.
- Wrinkling or natural makings to the skin, variations in grain, or colour resulting from the natural creases of the leather. These are proof that only genuine leather has been used;
- cracking or peeling of the leather;
- damage caused by burns, cuts, animals, or other forms of abuse;
- Opening or removing parts of your furniture or light fitting. If you feel something is wrong with your furniture or other products purchased at our stores, please contact us immediately to report the concern. Attempting to fix it yourself may void your warranty.
- Wear and tear. Regular use of lounges, furniture or other commonly used items of furniture may exhibit signs of wear and tear, including creases, indentations, stretching leather, small marks, colour fading, piling and other signs. These are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
- Damaged caused by exposing products to the direct sunlight, excessive heat or cold, chemicals that are known to cause irreparable damage to the finish of your products.
- Body impressions on foams, sofas, mattresses with indentation less than 32mm.
- Defects resulting from usage of your product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by Hollywood Interiors fr use with your product.
- Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or assembly.
- Accidents, Act of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, paranormal activites in you house in your absence, improper ventilations, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of Hollywood Interiors or your product.
- Unauthorised modifications, of any kind, carried out to the product.
- Imperfections and potential faults, in products that are sold "as is" which were brought to your attention, prior to finalising the purchase.
- Imperfections which are considered a characteristic of the products, rough finishes in products sold as distressed design; buff marks on stainless steel and visible grains on natural cowhides and leather products.
- Product use for commercial intentions, rental trade, institutional or other
- Damages caused by improper mounting of the products. (All mounting merchandise should be mounted using individual brackets, avoid the use of chain, cable ties or wire).
- Breakage of mirrors and products containing mirror components.
- Furniture previously repaired other than Hollywood Interiors / Hollywood Lighting & Decor will void the warranty;
- Our warranty does not cover packaging or transportation costs to and from the manufacturer, retailer or other repair point as determined by Hollywood Interiors / Hollywood Lighting & Decor.
